AgriWood Elite is a partner-led executive search and recruitment consultancy specialising exclusively in the Agricultural, Forestry and Rural Business sectors.

Whilst AgriWood Elite may be a new name, the team behind it is anything but new.

AgriWood Elite was founded by Tom Marsh, Kim Johnson and Amanda Latham following the recent restructuring of Cultura Connect. Tom and Kim were the founding Directors of Cultura and, together with Amanda, Managing Recruitment Consultant, formed the highly successful Senior Recruitment Team. Having worked collaboratively together for more than six years, they established AgriWood Elite to create a mature, specialist recruitment consultancy built around expertise, relationships, outstanding customer service and exceptional recruitment value.

Whilst our name has changed, our commitment to our clients, candidates and industry sectors remains stronger than ever.

While AgriWood Elite is a new company, it is led by the same highly experienced team that clients and candidates have trusted for years. The business retains its established expertise across Forestry, Rural Business and Agricultural Machinery & Equipment recruitment, whilst rebuilding and expanding its focus across the wider agricultural sector.
