Kim is a highly respected recruitment professional with over 20 years' experience supporting the agricultural and wider rural sectors. As a Director at AgriWood Elite, she combines extensive recruitment expertise with a lifelong connection to agriculture, providing clients and candidates with a unique blend of industry knowledge, commercial understanding and a genuinely people-focused approach.

Having been raised on a dairy farm in Cheshire, Kim developed a deep appreciation for agriculture and rural life from an early age. Her professional career began within government, where she spent almost seven years working for the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and subsequently the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA). During this time, she gained valuable experience across livestock schemes, organic farming, animal health and welfare, and policy administration, developing a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing the agricultural industry.

After leaving DEFRA, Kim found her passion for recruitment and has spent many years helping businesses attract outstanding people and supporting individuals in achieving their career ambitions. Throughout her career, she has recruited across a broad range of agricultural sectors and the wider rural sectors, working on opportunities ranging from senior leadership appointments through to specialist technical, commercial and operational roles.

Known for her relationship-led approach, Kim believes that successful recruitment begins with understanding the individual.
