After graduating with a degree in Psychology from London Guildhall University, Tom launched his recruitment career in London, rapidly progressing through the industry before specialising in Finance & Accountancy recruitment. His entrepreneurial drive led him to establish and grow his own recruitment agency in Manchester, successfully expanding across multiple sectors and global markets.
